Pricing

Published, because you shouldn't need a call to find out if you can afford us.

Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted before we start and unchanged afterward. We don't bill hourly, and we don't issue change orders for things we should have caught in scoping. Ranges narrow to one number after the free audit.

Single Agent

$2,500–$7,000

One agent, built for your systems and your formats. Most land between $3,500 and $5,000. Price moves with how many input formats it has to handle and how many systems it writes to.

2–3 WEEKS · 30 DAYS OF FIXES
50% UP FRONT / 50% ON DELIVERY
MOST COMMON

Agent Bundle

$7,500–$13,000

Three agents that share plumbing — usually intake, follow-up, and tracking. Roughly 20% cheaper than buying them separately, because the connectors only get built once.

4–6 WEEKS · 60 DAYS OF FIXES
THIRDS: START / MIDPOINT / DELIVERY
FLAGSHIP

Operations Hub

from $12,000

Multi-source hub, role-based seats, alerts, purchasing intelligence, and the AI layer. Typical builds land $12,000–$22,000 depending on how many sources and how unusual they are.

6–10 WEEKS · 90 DAYS OF FIXES
MILESTONE BILLING
ONGOING

Retainer

$750–$3,000/mo

Monitoring, fixes, data-quality checks, and a new automation each quarter. Optional, but systems wired to live data need someone watching when an API changes underneath them.

Why ranges, not one number. An order intake agent for one dealer who always sends the same PDF is a two-week build. The same agent for forty dealers sending photos, spreadsheets, and forwarded email threads is four. We can't honestly quote the difference before seeing your inputs — which is what the free audit is for, and why the number we give afterward doesn't move.

Third-party costs are yours and they're small. AI usage typically runs $20–$150/month depending on volume. Hosting is usually free to $20/month. If an agent sends SMS or WhatsApp, that's Twilio at roughly a cent a message. We set these up in your accounts, under your billing, so you're never locked to us to keep the lights on.
Timing

What the weeks actually look like

This is a single-agent build. Bundles and hubs follow the same shape over more weeks. You see working software from week one — not a status update.

DAY 0

15-minute call

What you sell, where, and which part of the week eats the most hours. If we're not a fit we say so here.

DAYS 1–3

Ops audit

45 minutes with you and whoever actually does the work. We come back with a written plan, a recommended first build, and a fixed number.

WEEK 1

Connect & prove

We wire up the data sources and show you your own real data flowing through by the end of the week. This is the week most projects die elsewhere — it's the week you'll know whether this is working.

WEEK 2

Build the logic

The agent starts doing its job on real inputs, with you reviewing every output before anything is sent or written. You tell us where it's wrong; we tune it.

WEEK 3

Go live & train

Approval steps set to your comfort level, your team trained, documentation handed over. The agent runs. You watch it for a week before you trust it, which is correct.

AFTER

30 days of fixes

Anything that behaves wrong, we fix at no cost. Not new features — the thing we agreed on, working the way we said it would.

Terms

Payment, ownership, and getting out

How you pay

Builds under $5,000: half at kickoff, half on delivery. Larger builds bill at milestones you can see — sources connected, logic working, live. Retainers bill on the 1st. Bank transfer, card, or ACH.

What you get at delivery

A working system, documentation for how it runs, and training for the people who use it every day. Your data stays in the systems it already lives in — we connect to them, we don't take custody of them.

How you leave

Retainers cancel any time with no notice period and no exit fee. We hand over documentation and access. We don't hold systems hostage — a client who stays because leaving is painful isn't a reference.

The audit

We map how work moves through your operation and hand you the written plan. Yours to keep and act on either way — including the parts you could implement yourself.

Fixed, not hourly

The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Scope changes get quoted separately before anyone starts, so a build never quietly becomes a bigger build.

What we won't do

Hourly billing, retainers with no deliverable, or a build we don't believe pays for itself inside a year. Those projects don't end well for either side.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

How do you price against what this is worth to me?
If a build saves someone eight hours a week, that's roughly $12,000–$18,000 a year in loaded cost before counting the stockouts it prevents or the margin it stops leaking. We price at a fraction of one year of that. Apply that test to any vendor including us: if the number doesn't clear inside year one, don't buy it.
What if it doesn't work?
You see your real data flowing by the end of week one and real outputs by week two, so you'll know early rather than at delivery. If we can't make the thing we scoped work, you don't pay the delivery installment and you keep whatever we built up to that point.
Will an AI agent send something embarrassing to my customers?
Not without a person approving it. Every agent that places an order, issues a credit, or sends anything external stops for a human. That's a design decision we don't negotiate on, and you set how loose the leash gets over time — most clients tighten it for a month and then relax it once they've watched it work.
Do I need to replace my ERP or accounting system?
No, and we'd argue against it. We build on top of what you have. If your ERP genuinely is the problem, that's a different project with a different vendor and we'll tell you rather than sell around it.
My data is messy. Is that a problem?
It's normal and it's usually the first thing the audit surfaces. Some cleanup is included in every build. If your data is so inconsistent that no system could read it, we'll say that on the audit rather than take the money and discover it in week three.
Who actually does the work?
A small senior team, which means you talk directly to the people building your system and we take on a limited number of projects at a time. If we can't start when you need to start, we'll tell you the real date.
What happens if you get hit by a bus?
Everything built on standard, well-documented tools rather than anything exotic, and handed over with documentation at delivery. Nothing about how it works is hidden from you.
Can you start next week?
Sometimes. We take a limited number of builds at once. Book the call and we'll give you an honest start date rather than an optimistic one.

Fifteen minutes is usually enough for us to tell you which build makes sense and roughly what it costs. The exact figure comes after the audit, and it doesn't move after that.
