Two ways to start. Both of them work.
Send a message and we'll reply within one business day, or pick a time and talk it through. Neither one drops you into a sales sequence.
Write to us
Tell us roughly what the operation looks like and where the hours go. We'll come back with whether there's something here worth building, and if there isn't, we'll say that instead.
Or pick a time
Fifteen minutes. What you sell, where you sell it, and which part of the week eats the most hours. By the end we'll tell you whether there's something worth building and roughly what it would cost.
Nothing on there works? Email hello@charidan.com and we'll make a time.
What happens after
The call
Mostly us asking questions. If we're not a fit we say so on the call rather than sending you a proposal you'd have to decline.
The audit
We map your systems and hand you a written plan naming the specific places your operation is losing time or money, quantified, along with a fixed number. Yours to keep either way.
The scope
Fixed price, a start date, and written acceptance criteria saying exactly what working means. Say yes and we start that week. Say no and the plan is still yours.
