Importers and distributors

AI automation for importers and distributors.

We connect your ERP, accounting, marketplaces and inbox so orders, reorders, shipments and collections run without anyone retyping them. Based in Los Angeles, working with distributors across the US.

Fixed price  ·  Walk away free in week one  ·  You own the code and data

Sound familiar?

  • The same SKU gets reordered because stock on the water was never subtracted
  • Purchasing runs off an export that was out of date before anyone opened it
  • Container status gets rebuilt by searching email, one shipment at a time
  • Landed cost hasn't been recomputed since freight moved
  • Dealer orders arrive as PDFs and photos and get retyped by hand
  • The one person who knows the catalog is the bottleneck

What we build for distributors

Ten patterns we start from. Yours will be built around your systems and formats.

Importers and distributors

Order Intake

Your dealers send orders however they feel like sending them: a forwarded PDF, four lines of text, a photo of a handwritten sheet. It reads whatever arrives, matches every line to a real SKU, enters the order, and emails back a confirmation with anything it could not match flagged for a person.

Replaces: About six hours a week of retyping

Reorder Brain

Reads sell-through across every channel, subtracts the units already on the water, applies each vendor’s real lead time instead of the one on the price sheet, and drafts the purchase order. You approve it or you don’t.

Replaces: Buying by gut, and stockouts on your best sellers

Container Tracker

Watches the forwarder and carrier email nobody has time to read, turns it into live ETAs, and tells you the day a date slips instead of the week the container was due. When something clears customs it writes the receiving doc and sends it to the warehouse.

Replaces: Answering "where is my shipment" by searching email
Importers and distributors

Buy Box Monitor

Checks your listings around the clock for lost Buy Box, undercuts, hijackers and suppressions, then texts you what leaving it alone costs per day.

Replaces: Discovering on Thursday that Monday went wrong
Importers and distributors

Dead Stock Hunter

Flags every SKU that stopped moving, prices out the cash sitting in it, and builds a closeout list you can send to dealers the same afternoon. Runs monthly whether or not anyone remembers to look.

Replaces: Finding the money at the annual count
Importers and distributors

Quote and Contract Desk

Describe the deal in a message: customer, quantities, terms. You get back a finished quote or contract, formatted the way you send them, logged, and out for signature.

Replaces: Two hours of paperwork per deal
Importers and distributors

Invoice Chaser

Follows overdue invoices on a schedule, firms up the tone as the days pass, stops the second payment lands, and tells you when a receivable has reached the point where you should make the call yourself.

Replaces: Awkward calls and receivables you stopped tracking
Importers and distributors

Catalog Answer Desk

Your reps and dealers ask it what a SKU costs, what is in stock, what it replaced and which finishes exist, instead of asking the one person who knows everything and is currently on a plane.

Replaces: The bottleneck who knows everything
Importers and distributors

Monday Report

On your phone at seven on Monday: what sold, what is running out, what is stuck at the port, and the two decisions that need you this week. Plain sentences, no dashboard to log into.

Replaces: Somebody’s spreadsheet morning, every week
Importers and distributors

Margin Watchdog

Recomputes true landed margin per SKU as freight, duty and vendor pricing move, then names the products you are quietly selling at a loss. Most companies find at least one.

Replaces: Last year’s cost sheet, still in use

Questions distributors ask

Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. We build on top of the ERP, accounting system, marketplaces and spreadsheets you already use. Nothing gets replaced.
What if one of our systems has no API?
It still works. A legacy ERP, a login-only portal or a system that only sends email can be read and written to. It takes longer, and we price that in up front.
How long does a build take?
One build takes two to three weeks. Two or three builds that share connectors take four to six weeks.
What does it cost?
One build is $3,000–$5,000. Two or three builds are $5,000–$8,500. A full operations build starts at $12,000. The price is fixed after a free audit.
Will it place orders on its own?
No. Anything that places an order, issues a credit or goes to a customer waits for a person to approve it.

Fifteen minutes on a call, then a free audit with a fixed price. You keep the plan either way.
