DJ Switch, the Nigerian DJ whose real name is Obianuju Catherine Udeh, was one of the ladies at the fore-front of the #EndSARS peaceful protest. In a video released today, She debunked claims by the Nigerian Army, who were of the opinion that all the Videos shared from the #LekkiMassacre were photoshopped and mere allegations. In her words,
She recounts how that she was shielded by a fellow Nigerian Youth, who climbed on her shoulder to protect her. Unfortunately, he was killed by one of the bullets fired directly at him.
She recalls how that all the #EndSARS protesters were armed with was ‘The Nigerian Flag’ as she recalls the painful experience of being tear-gassed and how it feels like.
She asked: “Who comes to a peaceful protest with Live Bullets?”.
